Curriculum Design at the Open University

Funded by the: Jisc e-Learning programme.

Lead Institution:  The Open University

Learner Provider Type: Higher Education

Project Duration: September 2008 - July 2012

The aim of the OULDI-JISC project was to implement, evaluate and revise a range of learning design tools, approaches and resources that had been developed for the enhancement of formal and informal curriculum design practice. Due to the scale, duration and impact of the project, it represents an important contribution to what has been a four year period of significant change in how ‘design’ is theorised, understood and practised in the HE sector.
